The Artillery and Missile Crew Members are essential to the National Defence Organisation, tasked with operating and maintaining artillery weapons to provide crucial fire support. This role involves calculating firing data, coordinating fire, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilise and manage advanced military artillery systems for effective firing capabilities.
• Translate firing data into actionable information for team execution.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders to ensure proper coordination.
• Maintain equipment integrity through regular inspections and maintenance.
• Assist in the development of training materials and processes for new recruits.
• Liaise with logistics teams for ammunition and equipment resupply.
• Adapt to changing operational conditions and maintain situational awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of Year 12 education preferred

Experience

• Experience in combat or high-risk environments.
