Job Description
The Transit and Railroad Police Officer is responsible for enforcing laws and regulations on railroad property, ensuring the safety of railroad employees and passengers, and investigating crimes related to railroad operations.
Responsibilities
Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to security alerts.
Conduct thorough investigations into thefts and vandalism.
Work with community members to build trust and safety awareness.
Document all investigations accurately and in detail.
Assist with the training of new officers and security staff.
Requirements
Education
Completion of a recognised police training program
Experience
3-5 years of experience in law enforcement or security with emphasis on transit.

Current valid driver's license
