Job Description

The Campus Dean will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the campus, ensuring a positive educational environment and successful outcomes for students. This role includes leadership over staff, compliance with regulations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for the campus's future growth and development
  • Act as the primary liaison with educational regulatory bodies
  • Create public relations campaigns to promote campus successes and initiatives
  • Utilise data analytics to guide decisions on resource allocation and program adjustments
  • Oversee professional development for faculty and staff to enhance teaching methodologies
  • Engage with alumni to strengthen community bonds and enhance networking opportunities
  • Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and improve the learning environment
  • Manage crisis communication and response efforts effectively
  • Advocate for student needs and concerns within the institution

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership preferred
