Brush Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Brush Fabrication Supervisor to manage our manufacturing processes effectively. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians to ensure the production of high-quality brushes that meet our clients' standards. You will work closely with different departments, such as Quality Control and Logistics, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in producing high-quality brushes according to specifications.
• Monitor the team's adherence to safety regulations.
• Evaluate production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Develop training programs to improve technician performance.
• Liaise with the Quality Control team to maintain product standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Explore process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Champion a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
