Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will play a critical role in our production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery that is essential for producing high-quality rubber products. Working closely with your team, you’ll ensure all processes run smoothly and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Run machinery and adjust settings based on production needs.
• Work with maintenance teams for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure raw materials are prepared and available for production.
• Monitor compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Lead by example in following safety regulations and practices.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts within the production environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Quality Control

Languages

• English: Fluent
