Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Yarn Preparation Supervisor to oversee the production of high-quality yarn in our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile production and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee yarn preparation processes and staffing.
• Train staff on processes and safety protocols.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Assure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Prepare reports on production performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in textile manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
