Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, you will play a key role in our production process by operating machines that flatten and stretch dough. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the dough mixing machinery according to specified recipes.
• Inspect the production process to ensure outputs adhere to quality standards.
• Document production data and perform quality checks on mixed dough.
• Collaborate with quality controllers and bakery assistants.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene practices in the workplace.
• Troubleshoot machine issues as they arise, escalating to the Production Manager when necessary.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant vocational course
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a machine operation role

Technical Skills

• Dough handling techniques
• Preventive maintenance

Soft Skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate
• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent
