Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Acetylene Torch Operator. You will utilise acetylene torches to cut and weld metal, ensuring all processes adhere to safety guidelines while delivering quality results across projects.
Responsibilities
Utilise acetylene torches to cut and shape metal products as per specified designs.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Ensure all products meet the required quality standards through regular checks.
Follow and enforce workshop safety protocols to maintain a clean work environment.
Effectively manage time and resources to meet production targets.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to equipment.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent
Relevant technical qualifications
Experience
2+ years in workshop or manufacturing environments.
