We are on the lookout for a skilled Liquid Floor Applier to join our growing team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for applying liquid floor coatings in various commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all surfaces using appropriate techniques before coating.
• Carefully mix, apply and finish liquid floor coatings as per instructions.
• Perform inspections of work areas to identify any needed corrections.
• Keep tools and equipment in top condition for optimal performance.
• Follow strict safety guidelines to safeguard yourself and teammates.
• Engage with project leads to clarify objectives and timelines.
• Track supply levels to maintain optimum stock for operations.
• Record all processes and materials used for each project.
• Contribute to ongoing team discussions and strategy meetings.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in liquid floor coating application preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in flooring projects.
