We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Bucket Chucker to join our energetic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately chucking buckets to meet project requirements. As part of our operations team in the construction and trades industry, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring project timelines are met while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Check the weight and condition of buckets before and after chucking.
• Assist in the implementation of safety measures on-site.
• Engage with project managers to align chucking activities with project needs.
• Keep records of materials chucked and any discrepancies.
• Support other tradespeople when required to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments related to chucking operations.
• Provide feedback on project progress and challenges to supervisors.
• Help facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with site setup and cleanup activities.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education required, however, experience in construction is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in a related field or role is preferred.
