We are seeking a dedicated Pattern Marking Supervisor to lead our pattern marking operations. This role involves supervising the marking of patterns for various production lines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. You will collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pattern marking team and ensure efficient workflow.
• Check and verify the accuracy of patterns before production.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for their growth.
• Implement strategies to enhance productivity within the team.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline the marking process.
• Research industry trends for continuous improvement.
• Develop efficient marking schedules in alignment with production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Pattern Grading and Marking

Experience

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a related role.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
