We are seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to manage and oversee clinical research activities in Launceston. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating participant recruitment, and maintaining data integrity throughout the study lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial execution by coordinating various teams and activities.
• Monitor participant compliance and safety throughout the trial.
• Ensure all trial-related materials are prepared and archived correctly.
• Work closely with data management teams for accurate data handling.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on clinical trial processes.
• Assist with developing project timelines and budgets.
• Foster relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Respond to queries from participants and stakeholders promptly.
• Summarize and report trial outcomes and findings.
• Stay updated with changes in regulations and best practices in clinical trials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Additional certifications in Clinical Research preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical trial coordination
