Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Orange. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support, drafting and reviewing contracts, guiding compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting with corporate governance issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Review and update company policies in light of legal developments.
• Coordinate with HR on employment law issues and disputes.
• Assist in training programs on legal topics for staff.
• Serve as an internal resource for legal questions and concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master's degree in Legal Studies is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in legal advisory roles, preferably within a corporate environment
