Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Collet Gluer to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art gluing machines. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production by adhering to quality standards and efficiently managing materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for production runs
• Conduct routine checks on glue application to minimize waste
• Assist in the troubleshooting of production issues
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Document maintenance and operational activities
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Ensure stock levels of materials are maintained

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Not mandatory but preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in operating gluing machines or similar manufacturing equipment is highly advantageous

Languages
