Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Collet Gluer to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art gluing machines. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production by adhering to quality standards and efficiently managing materials.
Responsibilities
Set up machinery for production runs
Conduct routine checks on glue application to minimize waste
Assist in the troubleshooting of production issues
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Document maintenance and operational activities
Perform quality checks on finished products
Ensure stock levels of materials are maintained
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
Not mandatory but preferred
Experience
Previous experience in operating gluing machines or similar manufacturing equipment is highly advantageous
