Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our skilled maintenance team. This role involves repairing and maintaining various types of gears and machinery used in our operations. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Train junior technicians on equipment usage and repair techniques.
  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to source necessary parts.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certifications in mechanical or industrial maintenance preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery repair
Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with CAD software
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Soft Skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with PLC systems: Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is advantageous.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance software: Utilizing software for tracking maintenance schedules and work orders is a plus.
