Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning.
• Deliver insights through dashboards and reports to business leaders.
• Identify opportunities for automation in data gathering and reporting processes.
• Develop documentation for data processes and models.
• Train and mentor junior data analysts in best practices and methodologies.
• Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree in Data Science or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis with strong programming background
