Job Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver timely reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to monitor security systems and incident responses.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff regarding cybersecurity best practices.
• Remain updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
• Prepare for and respond to security incidents, ensuring all breaches are documented and remedied.
• Audit existing security practices and recommend enhancements.
• Coordinate with external security vendors and auditors as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Master's degree is a significant plus

Experience

• 2+ years of direct experience in cybersecurity-related roles

• Firewalls and VPNs

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
