Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple winding machines.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste.
• Execute changeovers between different product lines effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational qualification

Experience

• 2+ years in winding or related operations.
