Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain overedging machines to ensure high-quality finishes on textile products. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of overedging techniques and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate overedging machines.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary.
• Ensure that all finished products meet quality control standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance of machinery.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure product standards.
• Train new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Garment Production or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Languages
