Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating flat lock machines to create high-quality seams for our textile products. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flat lock sewing machines for garment production.
• Evaluate and interpret production plans and work schedules.
• Ensure that each product meets required quality benchmarks.
• Interact with production staff to improve workflow efficiency.
• Log production data for continuous tracking and reporting.
• Diagnose machine issues and implement solutions swiftly.
• Fine-tune settings for best production results.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Clothing and Textile Production

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in textile production.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
