Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Implement sustainable engineering practices across all projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various engineering disciplines.
• Ensure all engineering projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.
• Represent the company in client meetings and public consultations.
• Monitor ongoing projects for compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree preferred in a relevant field

Experience

• 4-6 years of civil engineering experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Construction Management Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Civil Engineering Certification Board (CECB)

Languages

• English: Fluent
