Responsibilities

• Evaluate project proposals and provide critical feedback.
• Ensure quality control and assurance protocols are adhered to.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders providing updates on project status.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project hurdles.
• Maintain documentation for all project phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Hydraulics

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with road design software: Hands-on experience in using software for road and pavement design.
• Familiarity with community engagement processes: Ability to engage with the community and address concerns during projects.
