Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker for Machinery, you will play a pivotal role in salvaging and recovering valuable goods from damaged or sunken vessels. If you have expertise in marine engineering and a knack for diving and salvage operations, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salvage operations and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Facilitate underwater inspections and assessments.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and equipment status.
  • Participate in risk assessments and safety drills.
  • Contribute to the development of salvage strategies and plans.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates on recovery efforts.
  • Ensure equipment readiness and availability for operations.
  • Monitor environmental impacts and adjust operations accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marine Engineering is desirable
