Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, you will be pivotal in applying coatings to paper products. You'll work closely with your team to ensure that processes meet our stringent quality standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate coating machines for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot any operational issues with machinery.
• Ensure that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily output targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Conduct maintenance checks on machinery to prolong service life.
• Assist in training new operators on proper equipment handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for coating processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in equipment operation is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in paper coating or related production field
