Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Geelong team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support with a smile. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will help us maintain our high standards of service and foster positive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class service to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist customers in navigating online portals and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Follow up with customers after resolution to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve ongoing issues.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss feedback and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar role
