Job Description

As a Presser, you will play a critical role in our garment production process by operating industrial-grade presses to finish clothing and textiles to our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all items are expertly pressed and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Control the pressing process to ensure optimal results in garment finishing.
• Identify and resolve any issues with machinery or production workflow.
• Assist in the development of best practices for pressing operations.
• Report any safety concerns to management promptly.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent with additional textile training preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in the textile industry is preferred.
