Job Description

As a Tree Trimmer and Pruner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and health of trees. We seek individuals with a passion for horticulture who can skillfully trim, prune, and manage trees while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tree health assessments and perform necessary pruning.
• Work with clients to determine their tree care needs.
• Manage vegetation in urban areas while adhering to local regulations.
• Train junior staff on proper trimming techniques and safety practices.
• Report any hazards or issues encountered during work.
• Develop effective strategies for tree management.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Assist in planning for tree planting and landscaping projects.
• Ensure all tree care activities are executed efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with management and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Horticulture or arboriculture
• Bachelor's in Environmental Science is preferable

Experience

• 5 years experience in tree care and maintenance

Technical Skills

• Climbing Techniques

Certifications

• Work at Heights Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
