Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Director. The Store Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance business growth.
  • Supervise daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures in all aspects of operations.
  • Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and improve performance metrics.
  • Create attractive product presentations to improve customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the General Manager on marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets, financial reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated on retail trends to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Retail Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets.
