Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Methods Analyst to assess and improve our computer systems, work closely with management to identify improvements, and design effective information solutions to enhance workflow and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing computer systems for performance and efficiency.
• Create information system solutions that optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify necessary system improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Offer ongoing technical support and training to enhance user experience.
• Oversee and manage diverse software applications and databases.
• Conduct quality assurance testing on both new and existing systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to suggest innovations for system improvements.
• Participate in IT meetings to discuss system performance and potential enhancements.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies to facilitate better system outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in IT systems analysis and software development

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
