The PPAP Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Production Part Approval Process for new products, ensuring they meet stringent quality and design standards. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all suppliers meet our quality requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate and manage the PPAP process for both new and existing automotive parts.
  • Develop strategies to improve the efficiency of the PPAP process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all PPAP activities and documentation.
  • Facilitate meetings with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns.
  • Monitor and report on PPAP metrics and industry changes that may impact processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
