Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Professor to join our Political Science faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting research, and mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our academic programs and community outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement assessment strategies that promote student learning outcomes.
  • Guide students in developing their research skills and methodologies.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to departmental decision-making.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions with students.
  • Organize community forums and discussions on relevant political issues.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new faculty members.
  • Evaluate and refine teaching practices and course offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Political Science or a related discipline
