Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Pest Control Workers to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll conduct inspections, develop pest control plans, and carry out extermination treatments while providing advice to clients on preventive measures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Formulate pest control plans and deliver effective treatments.
• Use appropriate equipment and pesticides while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintain and manage pest control records and reports.
• Educate clients on pest prevention methods and maintenance.
• Respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all pest control-related regulations.
• Assist with inventory management of pest control supplies.
• Train junior staff members in pest control practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in pest control or environmental sciences are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pest management.
