Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate crew schedules for various events and productions.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew availability and assignments.
  • Ensure effective communication with crew members regarding their roles and responsibilities.
  • Generate and distribute call sheets and schedules.
  • Address any scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Track and report on crew performance and project feedback.
  • Engage with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Assist in the development of operational procedures for crew management.
  • Support the recruitment process for crew positions as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Film Production, Event Management)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in crew coordination or related roles.
