Job Description

As a Ground School Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering structured aviation theory and practical training to future aviators. Your expertise will engage students, fostering their skills in a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities

  • Design engaging learning experiences that integrate theory and practice.
  • Assess student grasp of complex concepts and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Lead discussions on aviation regulations and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with administrative staff to improve training logistics.
  • Utilise technology and educational tools to enhance learning environments.
  • Attend professional development workshops to refine instructional skills.
  • Provide insights into student career pathways post-training.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration among students during practical exercises.
  • Gather and implement feedback from students to improve training modules.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Education, or a related field
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pilot or aviation technician.
