Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.
• Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures as required.
• Foster open communication with patients regarding their health.
• Develop patient discharge plans in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in health education initiatives for community outreach.
• Assist in the training of staff on best nursing practices.
• Work collaboratively with external healthcare providers for referrals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in specialty nursing are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar nursing role preferred
