Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to operate and maintain fusing machines to produce high-quality fused fabrics. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our production meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up fusing machines according to production requirements.
• Load fabric onto machines and ensure correct positioning.
• Adjust settings for fusing temperature and pressure.
• Monitor machine operation to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other production staff to ensure targets are met.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues.
• Participate in safety and health training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training preferred

Experience

• Experience using fusing machines or similar equipment is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Fusing machine operation
• Basic mechanical skills

Soft Skills
