Job Description

HealthCare Services Group is seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse to provide comprehensive care for individuals with kidney diseases. As part of our nursing team, you will assess patient health, perform treatments, and offer educational support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage dialysis treatments while assessing patient response.
• Perform regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Facilitate family education sessions on kidney disease management.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare team.
• Assist with conducting clinical trials and research studies related to nephrology.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Support the integration of new technologies in patient care.
• Help maintain infection control standards and protocols.
• Develop community outreach strategies to promote kidney health.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialisation in Renal Care preferred

Experience

• At least 2-5 years of nursing experience with nephrology focus.
