Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction of care services within the residential facilities.
Monitor the quality of care and implement improvements where necessary.
Coordinate with medical staff and health professionals regarding resident care.

Manage conflict and address grievances from residents and families effectively.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field
Master's degree is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role in aged care services.
