Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining maceration equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in the production process. You will collaborate closely with team members to meet our production targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maceration equipment performance and address issues proactively.
• Work in a team setting to meet production goals.
• Document production metrics and equipment maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment use and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Help develop and refine standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Food Processing or equivalent
• Forklift license is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in maceration equipment operation and maintenance.
