As a Manufacturing Production Technician, you will play a key role in our production team. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, performing quality control checks, and maintaining safety standards within the workplace. Responsibilities

• Facilitate the operation of machinery and equipment.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities.

• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.

• Engage in team discussions to evaluate production metrics.
• Help implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with the production manager to optimize workflows.

• Assist with inventory management to ensure material availability.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Manufacturing or related field
• Trade qualifications in mechanical or electrical trades are highly regarded

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
