• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
• Implement corrective actions for quality non-conformities in production.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following company protocols.
• Engage in continual learning and improvement to enhance technical skills.

• Support the team in achieving overall production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications or training in metalworking or machine operation are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
