Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Gold Coast team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring system security. A strong background in troubleshooting and a proactive approach to IT issues are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
  • Conduct diagnostics on user hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain user accounts and access permissions.
  • Assist with training users on new technologies and updates.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment and systems.
  • Help to plan and implement technology upgrades and changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
