We are seeking a dedicated Gambling Manager to oversee our Pai Gow gaming activities. In this role, you will manage the gaming floor, ensuring that operations meet compliance and provide exceptional customer service. Your leadership will guide our team of dealers and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Pai Gow gaming within the casino environment.
• Ensure optimal dealer performance and game adherence.
• Implement training programs for staff to enhance service quality.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Regularly assess and report on gaming floor performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams for successful operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Promote responsible gaming practices among staff and patrons.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Training in gaming management is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years in a supervisory role within a casino environment
