UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Wollongong. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly designs and enhancing the overall user experience for our varied clientele. The ideal candidate will have experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating visually compelling interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate design ideas.
• Produce documentation to support design processes and decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and share insights from industry best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Certificate in User Experience Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design projects

Technical Skills

• Wireframing

Languages
