Job Description

As a Materials Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing our welding operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and quality benchmarks. Your expertise will support the development of innovative welding procedures and techniques, collaborating closely with a talented team of engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of welding processes and techniques.
  • Create and update inspection and testing protocols.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for welding operations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and welding technicians.
  • Assess vendor capabilities to ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in welding engineering or related field including management experience
