Join our team as a Boring Machine Operator Helper, where you will work alongside skilled operators to assist in the setup and operation of boring machinery. Your focus will be on safety, quality checks, and efficient handling of components within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boring Machine Operator with the setup, operation, and maintenance of the boring machine.
• Monitor the drilling process and make adjustments as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to team discussions on process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machining: Familiarity with CNC equipment and programming.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles: Knowledge of methodologies aimed at improving production efficiency.
