Our company is seeking an experienced Textile Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our textile production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing and excellent leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the textile production team.
• Implement quality control procedures to meet compliance standards.
• Develop and manage production schedules based on demand.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assist in employee development.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Implement strategies for waste management and efficiency improvements.
• Facilitate communication among staff and management.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate reporting.
• Address any personnel issues or conflicts effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Relevant certifications in textile production are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a textile production environment, minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
