As an Electrotyping and Stereotyping Supervisor, you'll oversee a skilled team dedicated to high-quality printing processes. Your leadership will ensure adherence to safety standards and efficient operations, making a significant impact on our production capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow and output of the electrotyping team.
• Implement best practices for safety and quality.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Analyze production metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for equipment upkeep.
• Develop training materials for continuous education.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts (Electroplating and Stereotyping)
• First Aid Certificate
• Forklift License

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading a team in a printing environment.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with UV printing: Hands-on experience with UV printing techniques.
• Understanding of quality control processes: Able to implement and oversee quality assurance measures.
