Aquatic Instructor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aquatic Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and promoting water safety, as well as a strong background in swimming and aquatic activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead swimming classes focusing on skill development and water safety.
• Develop innovative lesson plans that cater to different skill levels.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of pool safety standards.
• Instruct participants on swimming techniques and stroke improvement.
• Engage with parents to discuss participant progress and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• AQF Certificate III in Aquatics
• ASCTA qualification preferred

Experience

• Experience in coaching competitive swimming is an advantage.

Languages

• English: Fluent
