We are seeking a highly skilled Shoe Machine Operator with extensive experience in fastening techniques. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs that focus on improving technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical fitness.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions and game analysis sessions.
• Manage and assess player performance and facilitate team events.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, including player safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience coaching at a professional level is a plus.
